    THE BILTMORE BANK OF ARIZONA, an Arizona banking corporation ("THE BILTMORE
    BANK OF ARIZONA
") appreciates your choosing us for your banking needs. By choosing us
    as your bank, you entrust us with your private and confidential information. While information is
    the cornerstone of our ability to provide superior service, your trust is our most important
    asset.

    This is our privacy notice to our customers. When we use the words "you" and "your' we mean
    customers with the following types of accounts:

  • Deposit Accounts
  • Loan Accounts
  • Safe Deposit Boxes
  • All IRA Accounts for which we act as custodian

    We will tell you the source of any nonpublic personal information that we collect about our

    following terms shall have the meanings hereby assigned to them, unless the context requires

    utilized to assist us in conducting transactions on your behalf, will be provided customer
    information only after we have received assurance that they will treat the information with the
    highest degree of confidentiality.

    are kept, using password protection throughout our information system, using state-of-the-art
    encryption techniques whenever customer information is transmitted electronically over
    networks or stored online, ensuring that customer requests for information regarding our
    privacy polices are directed to employees that have been trained in safeguarding customer
    information and vigilantly reporting any fraudulent attempts to obtain customer information to
    appropriate law enforcement personnel. Access to customer information is limited to those
    employees that have a reason to view such information.

    NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION IS DISCLOSED:

    Because we value our relationship with you as our customer, we will not disclose your
    nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law. We
    will disclose information to third parties about your account or your transactions:

  • When it is necessary for completing transfers or bill payments, or to investigate or resolve a problem related to a transfer or payment
  • To verify existence and condition of your account for a third party, such as a credit bureau or merchant
  • To comply with a government agency or court orders or with the request of a federal regulator
  • If you give us permission

    We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about former customers, except as
    permitted by law.
