You can now use your Grandpoint Bank, Regent's Bank, Bank of Tucson and Biltmore Bank debit and credit cards on your iPhone 6 and Apple Watch to pay at many of your favorite stores and apps.

Why use Apple Pay®

  • More secure -- With Apple Pay your card numbers are not stored on your device and your full number is never shown to the merchant. Instead, a one-time security code is sent with each transaction, further protecting your information. Transactions also require your fingerprint to activate the TouchID® feature.

How it works

  • In Stores with iPhone: Simply hold your iPhone® 6, iPhone 6s, iPhone SE or later model in front of the contactless terminal and place your finger on the phone's TouchID.
     
  • In Stores with Apple Watch®: Hold your Apple Watch in front of the contactless terminal and double click the side button.
     
  • In Apps: Choose Apple Pay during checkout and place your finger on your compatible device's TouchID.

How to set it up

Adding your card to Apple Pay is easy. Simply open Wallet® on your device and add a new card. See the Apple Pay Instructions for more information.

What is Apple Pay?

Apple Pay is a payments feature integrated into the Wallet app on your IOS device that lets you add your credit or debit cards to Apple Pay to make purchases at participating retailers in-store using Near Field Communication (NFC) technology or within apps.

Which devices can I use with Apple Pay?

You can use Apple Pay in stores on your iPhone 6, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6 Plus or later model, and Apple Watch with compatible iPhone 5 or later model. Apple Pay can also be used in apps with your iPhone 6, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s Plus, or later model, iPad® Air 2, iPad ProTM, iPad miniTM 3, and iPad mini 4.

Which credit and debit cards can I use with Apple Pay?

Grandpoint Bank and its divisions, Bank of Tucson, Regents Bank, and The Biltmore Bank of Arizona, business and personal debit and credit cards are enabled for Apple Pay.

Where can I make payments with Apple Pay?

To make in-store payments with your iPhone 6 and later models, look for the contactless payment symbol at participating Apple Pay merchants. You can also make in-app purchases on your iPhone 6, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro, iPad mini 3 and iPad mini 4 with participating merchants using Apple Pay.

How safe and secure is Apple Pay?

Is Apple Pay free to use?

Apple Pay is free to use. Be aware that charges from your mobile carrier may apply depending on your data plan.

How will I know a transaction was successful?

After completing a payment using Apple Pay, your phone will vibrate and a confirmation will appear in Wallet.

Will I be able to see a history of my transactions made with Apple Pay?

Yes! Your most recent purchases are kept in Wallet.

What if my device is lost or stolen?

If your phone is lost or stolen, you can suspend Apple Pay by using the "Find my iPhone" app or visiting icloud.com and selecting the options for "Lost Mode." You can also call using the "Contact Grandpoint" button in the app or use the phone number on the back of your card to call and we'll assist you with suspending the cards in Apple Pay.

What if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, please contact us either via the contact button in Wallet (click the information icon on your card) or call the phone number on the back of your card.

What happens when I replace or update my device?

If you replace or update your device, you will need to add your card(s) again to Wallet as a new Apple Pay set up.
